【摘要】 探究城市体育敏捷治理问题对于推进我国城市体育治理体系和治理能力现代化具有深远意义。在厘定敏捷治理、城市体育敏捷治理的内涵与特征基础上，从主体、行为、技术、制度和价值4个方面剖析我国城市体育敏捷治理的逻辑取向，构建包含治理分析层、治理目标层、治理设计层、治理实施层和治理评价层的我国城市体育敏捷治理全过程实践图景并提出相应的应然指向。在此基础上，提出健全城市体育敏捷治理主体的协作关系与组织架构、完善城市体育敏捷治理行为的执行流程与响应机制、落实城市体育敏捷治理技术的迭代升级与监督反馈、创新城市体育敏捷治理制度的弹性规则与适配模式、重塑城市体育敏捷治理价值的目标取向与结构层级等实践路向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploring the issue of agile governance in urban sports is of profound significance for promoting the modernization of the urban sports governance system and governance capacity in China. Based on clarifying the connotations and characteristics of agile governance and agile governance of urban sports, this study analyzes the logical orientation of agile governance of urban sports in China from the aspects of actors, behaviors, technologies, institutions and values. It further constructs a full-process practical framework for agile governance of urban sports in China, consisting of the governance analysis layer, governance objective layer, governance design layer, governance implementation layer and governance evaluation layer, and proposes corresponding normative directions. On this basis, the study puts forward practical pathways in agile governance of urban sports, including: improving the collaborative relationships and organizational structures among the actors of agile governance, refining the execution procedures and response mechanisms of agile governance behaviors, implementing the iterative upgrading and supervised feedback of agile governance technologies, innovating the flexible rules and adaptative models of agile governance intstitutions, and reshaping the goal orientation and structural hierarchy of the value of agile governance.更多还原
