有机化学课程思政教学创新与实践研究

【摘要】 新时代背景下,为全面贯彻落实党的教育方针和立德树人的教育根本任务,课程思政势在必行且任重道远。规范课程思政的内容、课程思政的开展形式和考核方式,提高教师的课程思政育人能力,挖掘出更多真实、贴合学生专业的思政案例,并对教学过程精心设计,将其有机地融入到专业知识教学中,让学生通过自我的分析和判断,自然而然形成正确的观念是确保课程思政持续性和有效性的关键。探讨了有机化学教学中以学生为中心,采用“三要素、四体系、五步骤”开展课程思政的教学实践,将课程思政有机融入专业教学中,由学生兴趣引发,于专业剖析开始,最终成就学生核心素养,提高育人成效。

【Abstract】 In the the new era, it is imperative and a long way to go to fully implement the Party’s education policy and fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people. Standardizing the content, format, and assessment methods of ideological and political education, improving teachers’ ability to educate students with ideological and political education, discovering more authentic, down-to-earth, and professional ideological and political cases that fit students’ needs, and carefully designing the teaching process to organically integrate them into professional knowledge teaching, so that students can naturally form correct concepts through self analysis and judgment, is the key to ensuring the sustainability and effectiveness of ideological and political education in courses. This article explores the student-centered approach in organic chemistry teaching, which adopts the “three elements, four systems, and five steps” to carry out ideological and political education in the curriculum. The integration of ideological and political education into professional teaching is carried out organically, triggered by students’ interests, starting from professional analysis, and ultimately achieving students’ core competencies and improving educational effectiveness.
