基于“一体两翼”模式的科研课堂课程教学方式的探索与实践
Exploration and practice of teaching methods for scientific research course based on the “one body with two wings” model
【摘要】 随着新工科、新医科计划的实施,生物医学工程专业成为培养新时代医工人才的核心专业,也因此在教育教学中面临着如何实现科教融通、产教融合的挑战。针对新形势下的问题与挑战,本文基于生物医学工程专业的本科生科研课堂课程,探索并实践了一套“一体两翼”模式的科研课堂课程教学方式。该模式以高校为主体,以医院和企业为两翼,旨在过高校、医院和企业三方的紧密协作,将临床问题研究与产业需求分析有机融入课程教学,全面提升学生的科研素养和专业能力。在多个学期的教学实践中,通过临床与产业需求剖析的课程内容设计、基础知识的整合与分层课程内容设计,构建了医工深度融合的课程体系;通过个性培养与团队协作的课程内容设计、临床与产业应用的实践课程内容设计,构建了个性化的人才培养教学方案。课程改革效果的统计结果表明,“一体两翼”模式的科研课堂教学方式,有效建立了面向生物医学工程专业的科教融通、产教融合的新型课程形式,构建了“产-学-研-教”深度融合、协同育人的医工人才培养新模式。本文有望为生物医学工程专业课程教学方式的研究与实践提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 With the implementation of the New Engineering and New Medical Plan, Biomedical Engineering has become the core major for cultivating medical engineering talents in the new era, and therefore faces the challenge of how to achieve the integration of science and education and the integration of industry and education in education and teaching. In response to the problems and challenges in the new situation, this paper explores and practices a set of "one body with two wings" teaching methods for scientific research course of undergraduates in biomedical engineering. This model takes universities as the main body and hospitals and enterprises as the two wings, aiming to integrate clinical problem research and industry demand analysis into curriculum teaching through close collaboration among universities, hospitals, and enterprises, and comprehensively enhance students’ scientific research literacy and professional abilities. In the teaching practice of multiple semesters, a course system deeply integrated with medical engineering has been constructed through the design of course content based on clinical and industry demand analysis, integration of basic knowledge, and layered course content design; A personalized talent cultivation teaching plan has been constructed through the design of course content for personality cultivation and team collaboration, as well as practical course content for clinical and industrial applications. The statistical results of the curriculum reform show that the "one body with two wings" model of scientific research course teaching has effectively established a new curriculum form for biomedical engineering majors, integrating science and education, and integrating industry and education. It has also constructed a new model for cultivating medical engineering talents that deeply integrates industry, academia, research, and education, and collaboratively cultivates talents. It is expected to provide certain reference for the research and practice of teaching methods in biomedical engineering courses.
