北京某高校体检人群血清25-羟基维生素D检测结果分析

【摘要】 背景 针对人群维生素D(VD)检测情况的分析,既往研究多以社区人群为研究对象开展初步探索,但鲜有聚焦高校师生群体的深度分析。目的 聚焦高校师生群体,分析高校师生血清25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平的分布状况。方法采用横断面研究的方法,选择2023年3月至2024年7月北京大学健康体检者3 838例,排除肝、肾、肿瘤、糖尿病等疾病,采用电化学发光法测定血清25(OH)D水平并统计分析,并比较不同性别和不同年龄段的25(OH)D水平分布状况。结果 研究对象25(OH)D平均水平为17.35±8.00ng/mL,VD缺乏[25(OH)D<12ng/mL]和不足[12ng/mL≤25(OH)D<20ng/mL]的情况非常普遍,占72.85%;正常者[25(OH)D≥20ng/mL]占27.15%。其中男性VD水平为18.12±7.60ng/mL,女性VD水平为16.58±8.31ng/mL,男性VD缺乏和不足者占比68.86%,女性VD缺乏和不足者占比为76.82%。女性VD水平明显低于男性,VD缺乏和不足者的比例明显高于男性。结论 北京大学师生群体普遍存在VD不足,女性群体中VD缺乏的程度更为严重。需要加强宣传教育,及时识别和积极治疗VD不足,以预防骨质疏松等相关疾病的发生。

【Abstract】 Background Previous studies focusing on the analysis of vitamin D(VD) levels have primarily explored community populations, with limited data available specifically for university faculty and students. Objective To investigate the distribution of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] levels among university faculties and students and to compare these levels across gender and age groups.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted between March, 2023 and July, 2024, including 3 838 health examination participants from Peking University. Individuals with known liver disease, renal disease, malignancy, diabetes, and other conditions that could affect vitamin D metabolism were excluded. Serum 25(OH)D levels were measured using chemiluminescence and statistically analyzed. The distribution of 25(OH)D levels was compared across different genders and age groups. Results The mean serum 25(OH)D level in the study population was 17.35±8.00ng/mL. Vitamin D deficiency(<12ng/mL) and insufficiency [12≤25(OH)D<20ng/mL] were prevalent, affecting 72.85% of the participants, while only 27.15% showed normal levels [25(OH)D≥20ng/mL]. Male participants had a mean 25(OH)D level of 18.12±7.60ng/mL, while female participants had a mean level of 16.58±8.31ng/mL. The proportion of individuals with vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency was 68.86% for males and 76.82% for females, indicating that female participants had significantly lower 25(OH)D levels and a higher prevalence of deficiency or insufficiency compared to male participants. Conclusion Vitamin D insufficiency is highly prevalent among university faculties and students at this institution, with a more pronounced deficiency observed in female faculty members. These findings underscore the need for targeted educational initiatives, early identification, and active intervention to prevent osteoporosis and other diseases associated with vitamin D deficiency.
