DNP基熔铸炸药烤燃试验与数值模拟研究
Experimental and Numerical Simulation Study on Cook-off Test of DNP-Based Melt-Cast Explosives
【摘要】 3,4-二硝基吡唑(DNP)基熔铸炸药由于兼具高能量和高安全性,在含能材料领域具有广阔的应用前景,研究该炸药热安全性对其工程化应用提供理论和试验支撑至关重要.为了探究DNP基熔铸炸药热响应特性,开展烤燃弹尺寸为?60 mm×240 mm的DNP基熔铸炸药在60°C/h加热速率下的烤燃试验,并监测其内部温度变化;同时,利用Fluent软件建立了烤燃试验数值模拟模型,在验证烤燃模拟方法的基础上,分析了烤燃过程中温度场等随时间的演化规律,进一步研究了升温速率以及烤燃弹放置方式等因素对烤燃模拟结果的影响.研究结果表明:烤燃试验响应程度均为爆燃反应;试验响应参数与模拟计算结果相差5%以内,初步验证了数值模型的可靠性;升温速率会明显影响烤燃弹的响应时间、响应温度和响应区域;烤燃弹放置方式主要影响其响应区域的分布.
【Abstract】 Due to its high energy and safety characteristics, 3,4-dinitropyrazole(DNP)-based melt-cast-hold great promise in the field of energetic materials. Studying the thermal safety of these explosives is-to provide theoretical and experimental support for their engineering applications. To explore the thermal-characteristics of DNP-based melt-cast explosives, experimental cook-off tests were conducted to-their internal temperature variations of projectiles with dimensions of ?60 mm×240 mm under a heating rate of 60 °C/h. Additionally, a numerical simulation model of the cook-off test was established using Fluent-. Upon validating the simulation method, the evolution of temperature field over time during the cook-off process was analyzed, and further investigations were conducted on the effects of heating rate and projectile placement on the simulation results. The results indicate that the response of the cook-off test is characterized by deflagration. The deviation between experimental response parameters and simulation results is within 5%,-verifying the reliability of the numerical model. The heating rate significantly affects the response time, temperature, and area of the cook-off projectile, while the placement method mainly influences the distribution of its response area.
