【摘要】 知识生产模式和人才培养目标的变化引发世界一流大学的院系组织变革。伦敦大学学院、慕尼黑工业大学、麻省理工学院、加州大学伯克利分校和北京大学的新建学院均呈现出以学科交叉为目标、偏重知识的社会应用价值、开放高效的组织结构、灵活的师生管理方式等组织特征,以及短期组建、校内资源继承、跨界领袖领导、集体决策、校外力量有效利用等形成路径。基于主导力量差异,世界一流大学院系组织的变革动力可概括为四种类型,即政府驱动型、高校自主型、产业发展型和公众回应型。在这四种类型中,高校自主型对院系组织结构的作用最为直接,其他则相对间接,但不同类型的构成要素高度趋同。未来,世界一流大学应始终保持创新的动力与勇气,基于自身传统和校外环境智慧地选择合适的变革路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes in knowledge production modes and talent cultivation goals have triggered the organizational changes in the schools and departments of world-class universities.The newly built schools of University College London,Technical University of Munich,Massachusetts Institute of Technology,University of California,Berkeley,and Peking University all present the organizational characteristics of interdisciplinary purposes,emphasis on the social application of knowledge,open and efficient structures and flexible faculty and student management methods,as well as the formation paths of short-term formation,internal resource inheritance,cross-border leadership,collective decision-making,and the effective utilization of external forces.Based on the differences in dominant forces,the dynamic model of organizational changes of schools and departments of worldclass universities can be summarized into four ideal types:government driven,university independent,industrial development oriented and public response oriented.Of these four types,the university independent one has the most direct impact on the organizational structure of colleges and departments,while the others have a relatively indirect impact.However,there is a high degree of convergence in the constituent elements among all types.In the future,world-class universities should always maintain the drive and courage to innovate,and choose the appropriate paths of change based on their own traditions and external environment.更多还原
