【摘要】 随着数据要素价值的社会共识不断加强，人工智能对高质量、大规模数据需求的凸显，数据概念和数据工作不断发展，促使档案界从数据的视角来思考档案资源建设问题。论文从需求升级、结构扩张、内容拓展三个方面分析了数智转型背景下档案数据资源体系建设的整体性变化。即档案资源体系由档案数字资源体系向档案数据资源体系转变，其结构由档案原文数据向衍生档案数据资源扩展，其建设内容在收集保管的基础上新增数据生产和数据治理，由此形成新的实践空间和研究空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 The societal consensus on the value of data elements continues to strengthen,and the increasing demand for high-quality,large-scale data by artificial intelligence, along with the ongoing development of data concept and data work, have led the archival community to think about archival resources system from a data perspective. This article analyzes the issues related to the overall changes of the archival data resources system in the context of digital-intelligent transformation from three aspects: demand upgrade, structural transformation, and content expansion. Specifically, the archival resources system is transforming from a digit-oriented digitsystem to a data-oriented system, and its structure is expanding from original data to derivative data. Data production and data governance are standing out in the process of the construction of the archival data resources system besides collection and custody, thereby creating new practical and research spaces.更多还原
