【摘要】 目的 分析河北省2023年口腔专业住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）结业实践技能考核成绩，为全面提升住培质量提供依据。方法 收集河北省2023年参加口腔专业住培结业实践技能考核的174名住院医师的考试成绩，分析不同基地类型、不同专业住院医师的成绩特点。结果 大学直属附属医院的部分专业住院医师在接诊病人考站成绩明显高于非大学直属附属医院(P<0.05)，二者的技能操作考站成绩差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。不同专业的住院医师在接诊病人考站成绩区间占比不同，口腔修复科住院医师在接诊病人考站成绩处于100～90分区间占比最高(43.48%)，口腔内科住院医师在该区间占比最低(10.71%)。对比不同专业技能操作考站中相同项目成绩，口腔内科、口腔颌面外科、口腔修复科均在本专业擅长项目成绩较高（均P<0.05）。结论 河北省2023年口腔专业住培结业实践技能考核整体情况较好，但不同基地、不同专业对于住院医师独立接诊能力以及各项基本技能操作的培养有待提升，应进一步完善培养模式，保证培训同质化、规范化地开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the results of practial skills test of resident standardized training graduation examination for stomatology in Hebei Province in 2023, so as to provide basis for comprehensively improving the quality of standardized residency training. Methods The scores of 174 residents who participated in the pratial skills test of resident standardized training graduation examination for stomatology in Hebei Province in 2023 were collected, and the scores of different bases and specialties were analyzed by Student’s t-test or variance analysis. Results The consultation test scores of some specialties in university affiliated hospitals were significantly higher than those in non-university affiliated hospitals(P< 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the score of skill operation among test stations of different types of training bases(P> 0.05). The proportions of consultation station scores in each specialty were different. The proportion of consultation test scores in the range of 100 ～90for prosthodontics was the highest(43.48 %), while the proportion of oral medicine in this range was the lowest(10.71 %). Comparing the results of the same items in the operation test stations of different specialties, oral medicine, oral and maxillofacial surgery and prosthodontics all had higher scores in their areas of expertise(all P < 0.05). Conclusion The overall performance of pratial skills test of resident standardized training graduation examination for stomatology in Hebei Province in 2023 is relatively good, but the training of independent consultation ability and basic skills operation of residents in different bases and specialties needs to be improved. Besides,training mode should be further improved to ensure the homogenization and standardization of the training.更多还原
