【摘要】儿童青少年精神卫生问题已成为全球严重的公共卫生危机，亟需为其提供充分有效的诊疗资源，其中培养有胜任力的儿童青少年精神科医师是一条重要的资源扩展路径。我国当前的儿童青少年精神科医师培养依旧处于初步发展阶段，面临着诸多挑战，影响该专业紧缺人才的培养。该文结合国内外毕业后教育发展现状，对当前我国儿童青少年精神科医师培养中面临的挑战进行回顾，思考并有针对性地寻求可能的应对策略，为完善我国的儿童青少年精神医学培养体系建设提供参考和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Child and adolescent mental health has emerged as a global public health crisis, necessitating the urgent allocation of sufficient medical resources. Cultivating competent child and adolescent psychiatrists(CAPs)represents a crucial approach to addressing this issue. However, the current status of CAP training in China remains in its initial developmental stage, encountering numerous challenges that hinder the development of CAPs. This article aims to review these challenges in the context of China’s current post-graduation medical education(GME)system, explore potential coping strategies, and thereby lay a foundation for improving the future construction of the CAP training system within GME in China.更多还原
