【摘要】 为改进产品性能，提升产品质量，采用正向设计方法进行产品改进。分析找出影响产品质量问题的因素及造成产品缺陷的原因，通过设计优化和建模仿真等正向设计的工具方法提出产品改进的方向及措施，通过仿真与实际验证并获得良好效果。结果表明：该方法能根除产品缺陷，更好地满足顾客要求，提高产品的市场占有率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve product performance and product quality, the forward design method is used for product improvement. Analyze and find out the factors affecting product quality problems and the causes of product defects, and put forward the direction and measures of product improvement through the tools and methods of forward design such as design optimization and modeling simulation, which are verified by simulation and practice and achieve good results.
