【摘要】 1950年5月1日，中华人民共和国第一部婚姻法正式颁布施行，确立了婚姻自由、一夫一妻、男女平等的新型婚姻制度。随着国家建设不断取得成绩及中印（尼）建交和双边关系较为良性的发展，印尼华社对中华人民共和国的认同日益增强。1950年《婚姻法》颁布后，印尼华社各群体纷纷表示拥护，并进行大力宣传和积极践行，这对婚姻法在侨乡各地的贯彻及稳定侨乡的婚姻家庭关系起到一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 On May 1, 1950, the first Marriage Law of the People’s Republic of China was officially promulgated and implemented, establishing a new marriage system based on freedom of marriage, monogamy, and gender equality. With the steady progress of nation-building in New China and the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia, as well as the relatively positive development of bilateral relations, the identification of the overseas Chinese in Indonesia with New China continued to grow. After the promulgation of the 1950 Marriage Law, overseas Chinese in Indonesia actively expressed their support,widely promoted the law, and earnestly put it into practice. These efforts played a role in facilitating the implementation of the Marriage Law and in stabilizing marriage and family relations in overseas Chinese hometowns.更多还原
