【Abstract】 The management of archives in public hospitals plays a crucial role in strengthening modern hospital management and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals. As information technology construction advances and public hospital reforms deepen, archive management faces new requirements and challenges. This paper explores the necessity of standardized comprehensive archive management and analyzes the current situation and existing problems through specific case studies.
