【摘要】 以向日葵“同庆6号”为试材,采用单因素完全随机试验设计,设置5个不同的土壤改良方法,研究不同土壤改良剂配施对土壤养分及胞外酶活性的影响,以期为盐碱地土壤改良提供参考依据。结果表明:土壤改良剂的施用可以增加土壤有机质、速效磷、速效钾含量和胞外酶活性,土壤胞外酶化学计量的向量长度在1.2~2.4,向量角度均大于45°,表明试验地土壤微生物受碳和磷的限制。综上,土壤改良剂可以增加土壤胞外酶活性,缓解土壤碳和磷的限制;其中生物炭+脱硫石膏处理效果最好。

【Abstract】 Taking the sunflower ’Tongqing No. 6’ as the test material, a single-factor completely randomized experimental design was used. Five different soil improvement methods were set up to study the effects of combined application of different soil conditioners on soil nutrients and extracellular enzyme activities, in order to provide reference for soil improvement in saline-alkali land.The results showed that the application of soil amendments could increase the content of soil organic matter, available phosphorus, available potassium and extracellular enzyme activity.The vector length of soil extracellular enzyme stoichiometry was 1.2-2.4,and the Vector angle was greater than 45°,indicating that the soil microorganisms in the experimental site were limited by carbon and phosphorus.In summary, soil amendments can increase soil extracellular enzyme activity and alleviate soil carbon and phosphorus limitations; among them, biochar+desulfurization gypsum has the best treatment effect.
