【摘要】 对位于内蒙古东南部地区的通辽市恶劣气候事件特点及其对生态环境的影响进行分析，并从气候要素变化趋势、气候状态、极端事件指标等方面，借助Mann-Kendall非参数统计、趋势系数法、变差系数等方法分析其变化特征。结果表明，通辽市表示极端气温的指数呈现出增加趋势，气候变暖趋势明显，进而导致的极端降水、暴雨情况较为突出。极端低温的增幅波动性较为明显，极端降水强度较极端降雪的减弱趋势明显。气温升高以及降水增多使得该地植被覆盖有所改善，整体生态环境状况呈好转态势(指标变化数值差幅>1)。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the characteristics of severe weather events in Tongliao City, which is located in the southeastern region of Inner Mongolia, and their impact on the ecological environment. From the perspectives of climate element change trends, climate states, extreme event indicators, etc., it used Mann Kendall non parametric statistics, trend coefficient method, variation coefficient and other methods to analyze their change characteristics. The results show that the index of extreme temperature in Tongliao City shows an increasing trend. The trend of climate warming is obvious, which leads to more prominent extreme precipitation and rainstorm. The fluctuation of extreme low temperatures is more obvious, and the weakening trend of extreme precipitation intensity is more pronounced than that of extreme snowfall. The increase in temperature and precipitation has led to an improvement in vegetation coverage in the area, and the overall ecological environment is showing a trend of improvement(with a difference of more than 1 in indicator changes).更多还原
