【摘要】 在学科交叉融合的背景下，法学学科正经历从传统部门法学向领域法学的范式转型，社会治理法学、数字法学、科技法学等新兴交叉学科的兴起对法学教育和研究提出了新的要求。高校图书馆作为知识服务与学术支撑的核心机构，亟需适应这一趋势，优化其资源体系和服务模式，以支撑法学交叉学科的高质量发展及复合型法治人才培养。基于图书馆数智化转型的背景，探讨如何通过学科对标、资源整合、流程优化和服务创新等路径，构建适应法学交叉学科发展的智慧化资源保障体系。具体而论，分析法学交叉学科发展对图书馆资源建设的需求;探索多元化信息资源的整合策略，如电子图书、专业数据库、学术网站及开放获取资源的系统化建设;提出智能化知识服务方案，包括跨学科知识融合、数据挖掘支持、学科交流平台构建等;结合协同育人机制，探讨图书馆如何助力复合型法治人才培养，以此为高校图书馆优化法学交叉学科服务提供理论参考和实践路径，进而推动法学交叉学科研究的深化与创新人才培养体系的完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of interdisciplinary integration,the discipline of law is undergoing a paradigm transformation from traditional department law to domain law. The rise of social governance law,digital law,science and technology law and other emerging interdisciplinary disciplines have put forward new requirements for legal education and research. University library,as the core institution of knowledge service and academic support,needs to adapt to this trend,optimize its resource system and service mode,and support the high-quality development of interdisciplinary law and cultivation of compound legal talents. Based on the background of the digital intelligent transformation of library,this paper discusses how to build an intelligent resource guarantee system that ADAPTS to the development of interdisciplinary law by means of subject benchmarking,resource integration,process optimization and service innovation. The research focuses include analyzing the demand of the development of interdisciplinary law for the construction of library resources; exploring the integration strategy of diversified information resources,such as electronic books,professional databases,academic websites and the systematic construction of open access resources; proposing intelligent knowledge service solutions,including interdisciplinary knowledge integration, data mining support, and academic exchange platform construction;combining with the collaborative education mechanism,exploring how libraries can help cultivate compound legal talents. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical reference and practical path for university libraries to optimize the interdisciplinary services of law,so as to promote the deepening of interdisciplinary research of law and the improvement of innovative talent training system.更多还原
