‘西拉’葡萄栽培技术创新研究
Research on Innovative Cultivation Techniques of ’Syrah’ Grape
【摘要】 通过开展不同负载量、摘叶时期、疏果时期、水分胁迫的4项试验研究,作者认为,在控产450 kg/666.7 m~2的前提下,始花期摘叶、转色初期疏果穗、萌芽至开花期中度水分胁迫、着色期中度水分胁迫,能使‘西拉’葡萄总酚含量提高至1 496.9~1 539.75 mg/L,固酸比提高至43.14%~44.45%。即葡萄内在品质显著提高,为酿制出高端葡萄酒提供了保障。
【Abstract】 Through conducting four experimental studies including different load levels, leaf picking periods, fruit thinning periods, and water stress, the author believes that under the premise of controlling production at 450 kg/666.7 m~2, leaf picking at the beginning of flowering period, thinning of fruit clusters at the beginning of color transformation, moderate water stress from germination to flowering period, and moderate water stress during coloring period can increase the total phenolic content of ’Syrah’ grapes to 1 496.9~1 539.75 mg/L, and the solid acid ratio to 43.14%~44.45%. The significant improvement in the intrinsic quality of grapes provides a guarantee for the production of high-end wines.
