“菌宝A+B”防治李果实褐腐病试验初探

【摘要】 为明确“菌宝A+B”防治李果实褐腐病的药效及对果实品质的影响,2024年我们开展药效试验。结果表明,“菌宝A+B”对李果实褐腐病田间防效为78.10%,较对照药剂40%氯氟醚菌唑、12%苯甲·氟酰胺、24%腈苯唑、70%甲基硫菌灵依次高5.99%、14.92%、6.34%、13.39%,但差异均不显著。果实品质测定表明,“菌宝A+B”处理的单果重最高,为197.70 g,较对照药剂40%氯氟醚菌唑、12%苯甲·氟酰胺、24%腈苯唑、70%甲基硫菌灵依次高12.98%、4.34%、10.38%、17.97%。但可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C含量较其他处理相对较低。室温贮藏7 d后,“菌宝A+B”对李果实褐腐病的防效达到100%,较对照药剂40%氯氟醚菌唑、12%苯甲·氟酰胺、24%腈苯唑、70%甲基硫菌灵依次高50%、25%、50%、75%;“菌宝A+B”处理的果实硬度为5.25 N,分别是对照药剂40%氯氟醚菌唑、12%苯甲·氟酰胺、24%腈苯唑、70%甲基硫菌灵的3.22、4.86、4.27、1.45倍。说明“菌宝A+B”对李果实褐腐病田间及贮藏期均有较好的防效,能提高果实单果重和硬度,增加产量,延长商品货架期。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the efficacy of “Meshroom Treasure A+B” in the control of plum fruit brown rot and its effect on fruit quality, we conducted an efficacy test in 2024. The results showed that the efficacy of “Meshroom Treasure A+B” against plum fruit brown rot was 78.10%, which was 5.99%,14.92%, 6.34%, 13.39% higher than that of control agents 40% chlorofluorfenoxazole, 12% benzylflumioxazole, 24% cyprodinil and 70% thiophanate-methyl in that order, but the differences were not significant. Fruit quality measurement showed that the highest single fruit weight was 197.70 g in the “Meshroom Treasure A+B” treatment, which was 12.98%, 4.34%, 10.38% and 17.97% higher than that of control agents 40% chlorofluorfenozole, 12% benzyl-flumioxazole, 24% cyprodinil and 70%thiophanate-methyl in that order. However, the contents of soluble sugars, titratable acid and vitamin C were relatively low compared to other treatments. After 7 days of storage at room temperature, the preventive effect of “Meshroom Treasure A+B” against brown rot of plum fruit reached 100%, which was 50%, 25%, 50% and 75% higher than that of the control agents 40% chlorofluorfenpyrazole, 12%benzyl-flumioxazole, 24% cyprodinil and 70% thiophanate-methyl in that order. The hardness of fruit treated with “Meshroom Treasure A+B” was 5.25 N, which was 3.22, 4.86, 4.27 and 1.45 times higher than that of control agents 40% chlorofluorfenoxazole, 12% benzyl-flumioxazole, 24% cyprodinil and 70% thiophanate-methyl, respectively. The results showed that “Meshroom Treasure A+B” has good preventive effect against plum fruit brown rot in the field and storage period, and can improve the weight and hardness of fruit, increase the yield and prolong the shelf life of commodities.
