柞蚕胚胎低温抑制对蚁蚕孵化时刻的调节机制研究

【摘要】 为探明胚胎孵化前低温抑制处理对柞蚕孵化时刻的调控效应,以辽蚕527×9906杂交组合的春季转青柞蚕卵为供试材料,采用双因素完全随机试验设计,分析各因素对孵化时刻的影响。结果表明,抑制温度、抑制时间及二者交互作用均对柞蚕孵化时刻产生极显著影响。在抑制温度方面,6℃对孵化时刻的延迟效应最敏感,随抑制时间延长孵化时刻呈线性显著延迟;4℃需抑制时间达12 h才出现极显著延迟;8℃的延迟效应最弱。在抑制时间方面,随时间从6 h延长至12 h,孵化时刻持续延迟且同步性下降,对照组(抑制0 h)孵化最早(05:00,同步性最优),抑制12 h处理组孵化最晚(08:00-13:30,同步性最差)。综上,胚胎孵化前低温抑制可有效调节柞蚕孵化时刻,其中(6℃,12 h)组合的延迟效应最显著,8℃组合的孵化时刻最稳定且延迟幅度最小。该结果可为柞蚕生产的孵化同步化管理提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 To elucidate the regulatory effect of low-temperature suppression treatment before embryonic hatching on the hatching time of Antheraea pernyi,spring-developed green eggs of the hybrid combination Liaocan 527×9906 were used as experimental materials.A two-factor completely randomized design was employed to analyze the effects of various factors on hatching time.The results showed that suppression temperature, suppression duration, and their interaction all exerted highly significant influences on the hatching time of A.pernyi.(1)In terms of temperature, 6℃ was the most sensitive for delaying hatching, with a linear and significant delay observed as suppression duration extended.At 4℃,a significant delay required a suppression duration of 12 h, while 8℃ exhibited the weakest delaying effect.(2)Regarding suppression duration, extending the treatment from 6 h to 12 h continuously delayed hatching and reduced synchrony.The control group(0 h) hatched earliest(05:00) with the optimal synchrony, whereas the 12 h treatment group hatched latest(08:00-13:30) with the poorest synchrony.In conclusion, low-temperature suppression prior to embryonic hatching effectively regulates the hatching time of A.pernyi.The combination of 6℃ and 12 h achieved the most significant delaying effect, while the 8℃ treatment resulted in the most stable hatching time with minimal delay.These findings provide technical support for synchronized hatching management in A.pernyi production.
