【摘要】 目的 探讨简短认知行为压力干预对肝癌患者益处发现和希望水平的影响。方法 根据干预方式的不同将80例肝癌患者分为对照组（39例）、观察组（41例），对照组患者采取常规干预，观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用简短认知行为压力干预。比较两组患者的益处发现水平[水平益处发现量表中文版（BFS-C）]、希望水平[Herth希望量表（HHI）]及干预满意度。结果 干预后，两组患者BFS-C、HHI评分均高于本组干预前，观察组患者BFS-C、HHI评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。观察组患者的总满意度为100%(41/41)，高于对照组患者的82.05%(32/39)，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 肝癌患者采取简短认知行为压力干预可提高益处发现水平、希望水平及干预满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of brief cognitive behavioral stress intervention on benefit finding and hope level in patients with liver cancer. Method A total of 80 patients with liver cancer were divided into the control group(39 cases) and the observation group(41 cases) according to different intervention methods. Patients in the control group received routine intervention, while patients in the observation group received brief cognitive behavioral stress intervention on the basis of the control group. The benefit finding level [benefit finding scale-Chinese version(BFS-C)],hope level [Herth hope index(HHI)] and intervention satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result After the intervention, the BFS-C and HHI scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the BFS-C and HHI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%(41/41), which was higher than 82.05%(32/39) of the control group, the difference wss statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Brief cognitive behavioral stress intervention in patients with liver cancer can improve the level of benefit finding, hope level and intervention satisfaction.更多还原
