无位置传感器条件下基于高频注入法的稀土永磁同步电机控制系统研究

【摘要】 文章针对稀土永磁同步电机(REPMSM)使用位置传感器跟踪转子位置存在增加控制系统体积,降低控制系统可靠性等问题,提出通过注入高频电压实现无位置传感器条件下对REPMSM转子位置进行跟踪的电机控制系统设计新方法,搭建REPMSM及其控制系统的仿真模型进行实验。仿真实验结果表明:基于高频注入法设计出的REPMSM闭环控制系统,不仅可以实现无位置传感器条件下对稀土永磁转子体位置的高精度跟踪,而且可以使得REPMSM具备良好的调速性能,对于从事REPMSM控制的研究人员有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In response to the problems of occupying more space of control system and weakening reliability of the control system when using position sensors to track the rotor position in rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motors(REPMSM), a new design method for the motor control system is proposed in this paper to achieve the tracking of the REPMSM rotor position without position sensors by injecting high-frequency voltage. A simulation model of the REPMSM and its control system is built for experiments. The simulation experiment results prove that the closed-loop control system of REPMSM designed based on high-frequency injection method can not only achieve high-precision tracking of the position of rare earth permanent magnet rotor body without position sensors, but also enable REPMSM to have good speed regulation performance, which has certain reference value for researchers engaged in REPMSM control.
