中华猕猴桃全基因组SRS基因家族的鉴定
Identification of SRS Gene Family in Whole Genome of Actinidia Chinensis
【摘要】 为了解中华猕猴桃全基因组SRS基因家族成员,借助TBtools、ExPASy和WoLF PSORT等在线工具对中华猕猴桃优良品种“红阳”的组成、理化性质、染色体分布及亚细胞定位进行相关分析.参照拟南芥同源序列,“红阳”全基因组内SRS基因家族共鉴定出12个基因成员,它们分散地分布于11条染色体上,所编码的蛋白质绝大部分为富含碱性氨基酸的不稳定蛋白.此外,脂肪族指数和亲水性指数显示12个蛋白质均为非嗜热型亲水蛋白.亚细胞定位预测12个成员编码蛋白中的10个定位到细胞核内,2个定位于叶绿体内.以上研究结果有助于明确SRS基因的功能,并为中华猕猴桃的分子改良提供一定的理论基础.
【Abstract】 In order to understand the members of the SRS gene family in the whole genome of Actinidia chinensis,bio-information and online tools such as TBtools,ExPASy,and WoLF PSORT were employed to analyze the composition,physicochemical properties,chromosome distribution,and subcellular localization of the superior variety “Hongyang”.Comparing with the homologous sequences of Arabidopsis thaliana,a total of 12 gene members of the SRS gene family were identified in the entire genome of “Hongyang”. They were scattered across 11 chromosomes,and the majority of the proteins encoded by them were unstable proteins rich in basic amino acids.Additionally,the liposolubility index and hydrophilicity index revealed that all 12 proteins were non-thermophilic hydrophilic proteins.The subcellular localization prediction indicated that 10 of the 12 encoded proteins were localized in the nucleus,and 2 were located in the chloroplast.The above research findings are conducive to the study of the function of the SRS gene and provide a theoretical foundation for the molecular improvement of Actinidia chinensis.
