【摘要】 目的：了解中医药治疗中风后失语的研究现状和发展趋势，为中医药临床提供参考。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台和维普资讯中文期刊服务平台自建库至2024年4月15日有关中医药治疗中风后失语的文献，应用NoteExpress3.7.0、Excel软件对文献进行去重，对年度发文量/趋势、文献类型和来源期刊进行描述分析；利用Citespace 6.1.R6对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析并绘制图谱。结果：共纳入文献880篇，年度发文量总体呈现增长趋势；发文量最多的期刊是《针灸临床杂志》；涉及732位作者，核心作者47位，发文最多的作者是常静玲，最多的机构是北京中医药大学附属东直门医院。初步形成以常静玲、刘兢、彭拥军为核心的科研团队；研究机构以各省中医药大学及附属医院为主，各机构间合作较少；高频关键词除中风后失语外，还有针刺、言语训练和语言功能等；形成了头针、解语丹、临床观察等15个聚类；关键词显示当前研究内容以临床疗效观察、数据挖掘为主。结论：中医药治疗中风后失语的研究总体热度呈现增长趋势，针刺干预机制研究和中医形神理论指导下临床疗效评价方式研究是研究热点和发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To understand the current research status and development trend of Chinese medicine treatment of post-stroke aphasia, and to provide reference for Chinese medicine clinics. Methods : Literature on TCM treatment of post-stroke aphasia was searched in the CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP databases from the establishment of the database to April 15, 2024, and the literature on TCM treatment of post-stroke aphasia was retrieved. NoteExpress 3.7.0 and Excel software were applied to de-duplicate the literature, and descriptive analyses were performed on the annual publication volume/trend, literature type and source journals. Authors, institutions, and keywords were visualized and mapped using Citespace 6.1.R6. Results : A total of 880 articles were included in the literature, with an overall increasing trend in annual publications; the journal with the most publications was Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion; 732 authors were involved, with 47 core authors; the author with the most publications was Chang Jingling, and the institution with the most publications was Dongzhimen Hospital affiliated with the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Initially, a research team with Chang Jingling, Liu Jing, and Peng Congjun as the core authors was formed; the research institutions were mainly the universities of traditional Chinese medicine and affiliated hospitals in various provinces, with less cooperation among institutions; high-frequency keywords, besides post-stroke aphasia, were acupuncture, speech training, and language function; 15 clusters were formed, including head acupuncture, Jieyu Dan, and clinical observation; keywords show that current research is dominated by clinical efficacy observations, data mining. Conclusion : The overall heat of the research on Chinese medicine treatment of post-stroke aphasia shows a growing trend, and the research on the intervention mechanism of acupuncture and the research on the evaluation of clinical efficacy under the guidance of the theory of form and spirit in Chinese medicine are the hot spots and development trend of the research.更多还原
