【摘要】 目的：通过调查某三级综合医院医疗设备配置使用管理情况，探讨医疗设备管理存在的问题和提高医疗设备使用效率的对策。方法：采用调查方式收集某三级综合医院医疗设备配置、使用管理情况，并对相关科室呼吸机等生命支持类设备使用时长、故障情况、维修费用等数据进行分析。结果：以某三级综合医院2023年各科室呼吸机和心电监护仪使用时长为例，上述设备每月使用时长存在明显淡旺季差异(P<0.05)，且各科室设备整年使用时长也存在明显差异(P<0.05)；设备数量、价值总额和故障总数逐年增加，但医工人数没有明显变化；医院科室内医疗设备因存量差异、季节变化、维修不及时等原因导致设备使用效率不一。结论：医疗设备管理具有改进的空间，可以通过健全管理制度，优化设备配置，减轻设备投入压力，盘活医院资产，提高设备使用率。设备共享模式为医院医疗设备管理提供了新的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the management of medical equipment allocation and use in a tertiary general hospital,and to summarize and analyze the relevant literature such as medical equipment management system and assessment policy,and to explore the improvement of medical equipment efficiency by improving the management system and using information technology.Methods:The data of the use time,failure and maintenance cost of ventilators and other life support equipment in each department of a tertiary general hospital were collected by self-set questionnaires,and the efficiency of the equipment in each department was calculated and analyzed.Results:Taking the use time of ventilators and ECG monitors in each department in 2023 as an example,there was a significant difference in the monthly usage time of the above equipment in off-peak seasons (P<0.05),and there were also significant differences in the annual use time of equipment in each department (P<0.05).The total amount of equipment and the total number of failures have increased year by year,but the number of medical workers has not changed significantly.There are great differences in the stock of medical equipment in hospital departments,and there are different equipment use efficiency due to seasonal changes and untimely maintenance.Conclusion:There is room for improvement in medical equipment management,which can improve the utilization rate of equipment,optimize equipment configuration,reduce the pressure of equipment investment,and revitalize hospital assets.The equipment sharing mode provides new ideas and methods for hospital medical equipment management.更多还原
