【摘要】 目的：探究在药理学课程教学中运用情景模拟教学法(SST)对医学生解决复杂临床用药问题的能力提升效果。方法：选取安徽医科大学2021级五年制本科临床医学专业学生254人作为研究对象，依据班级不同分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用传统教学方式，实验组在对照组教学方法的基础上融入SST教学法。以问卷调研和客观考试成绩评价两组的教学效果。结果：实验组学生对课堂教学的认可度总体优于对照组。对照组与实验组学生的考试总成绩优良率分别为79.37%、82.81%，差异无统计学意义，但其思考性临床案例题的正答率分别为(61.10±20.99)%和(64.55±21.87)%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在教学过程中融入SST可改善药理学课程中临床相关重点难点的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of using situational simulation teaching (SST) in pharmacology course on enhancing the ability of solving complex clinical medication problems for medical students.Method:254 clinical medicine students from Anhui Medical University were selected as the research subjects.The students were divided into control and experimental group based on different teaching methods.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while experimental group incorporated SST method into teaching process.Survey and overall exam score were involved to objectively measure the teaching effectiveness.Results:The acceptance of the teaching effect for experimental group is better than that of the control group.The excellent rates of experimental group were improved to 82.21%,comparing with the control group 79.37%.The positive response rates for clinical case questions were improved from (61.10±20.99)% to (64.55±21.87)%,And with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating SST teaching modules into teaching process can improve the teaching effect of clinical related focal and difficult points in pharmacology courses.更多还原
