【摘要】 目的：对体检人群肺结节检出率和检出特征进行分析，为健康教育和健康管理提供依据。方法：以某科研院所2022年6月-9月间体检人群为研究对象，回顾性收集年龄≥18岁体检者CT检查结果，对肺结节检出情况进行统计描述。结果：在3 458名健康体检者中，1 418人检出肺结节，总检出率为41.01%，女性检出率高于男性(P<0.05)，年龄越大，肺结节检出率越高(P<0.001)；年龄增加，多发性肺结节及小结节(5 mm≤直径<10 mm)检出率均呈上升趋势(P<0.001)。结论：常规健康体检肺结节检出率高，应根据肺结节的检出特征开展分类指导和个体化的健康管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the detection rate and characteristics of pulmonary nodules in physical examination population,and provide basis for health management and follow-up.Methods:Taking the physical examination population between June and September 2022 as the research object,the CT examination results of the physical examination people over 18 years old were retrospectively collected and the results were statistically described.Results:Among the 3 458 healthy people,1 418 physical examiners detected pulmonary nodules,and the total detection rate of pulmonary nodules was 41.01%.The detection rate of female pulmonary nodules was higher than that of male (42.89% vs 39.79%,P<0.05).The older the age,the higher the detection rate of pulmonary nodules (P<0.001).With the increase of age,the detection rate of multiple pulmonary nodules and small nodules (5 mm≤diameter<10 mm) showed an upward trend (P<0.001).Conclusion:The detection rate of pulmonary nodules in routine physical examination is high,so classified guidance and individualized health management should be carried out according to the detection characteristics of pulmonary nodules.更多还原
