力学原理在气排球上手发球技术教学中的应用
The Application of the Principle of Mechanics in Teaching Overhand Serve Techniques of the Air Volleyball
【摘要】 通过对气排球上手发球的力学原理的探讨,在不考虑其它次要因素的影响下,进行了针对定高发球、定距发球和一般情况的分析,给出了不同情况下气排球发球过网且界内的初速度取值范围,进一步加深对气排球发球技术的理解和认识。运用物理学中的力学原理,对气排球上手发球中既定情况下击球的力量、速度、高度、距离及击球角度,作了简明阐述,贴近教学训练实际,可以指导体育教师的教学与训练,帮助气排球爱好者理解和掌握科学的气排球发球技术和方法。
【Abstract】 To further deepen the understanding and knowledge of the air volleyball serve techniques, we analyzed the fixed height serve, the fixed distance serve and the general situation, and confirmed the value range of the initial velocity of the air volleyball serve over the net and within the boundary under different conditions through the discussion of the mechanical principle of the air volleyball overhand serve, without considering the influence of other secondary factors. Using the mechanical principles in physics, the power, speed, height, distance and angle of hitting the ball under the given circumstances in overhand serve of air volleyball are concisely expounded. The approach is so close to the actual teaching and training that it can help both PE teachers and enthusiasts understand and master the scientific air volleyball serve techniques and methods.
