【Abstract】 Vigorously cultivating new engineering talents has become an important measure for China’s higher education to respond to the challenges of the times, and is also the necessary path to build an education and talent strong country. The spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists inherits and develops the Chinese national spirit, is the winning password of the CPC people, and has unique era value. The integration of the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists into the cultivation of new engineering talents is the result of implementing the Party’s educational policy, meeting the quality standards for the cultivation of new engineering talents and the mission of contemporary Chinese youth.
