新麦系列品种遗传改良及主要产量品质性状分析

【摘要】 以新麦45、新麦58、新麦65等品种为材料,研究近年来新麦系列品种遗传改良现状及主要产量和品质性状。结果表明:新麦系列品种主要来源于新麦主推品种或优良中间材料的进一步改良,强筋和中筋品种的产量水平相当,条锈病和纹枯病抗性较好,稳定时间、拉伸面积和最大拉伸阻力是强筋品种的决定性和限制性指标。采用系统聚类法进行分析,在遗传距离为10时,全部品种分为强筋和中筋两大类群,类群间品种的产量差异不显著,新麦系列强筋品种实现了产量和品质的同步提升。

【Abstract】 Using varieties such as Xinmai 45, Xinmai 58 and Xinmai 65 as materials, the current status of genetic improvement and the main yield and quality traits of Xinmai series varieties in recent years were investigated.The results showed that Xinmai series varieties are mainly derived from the main promoted varieties of Xinmai or further improvement of excellent intermediate materials.The yield levels of strong gluten and medium gluten varieties are comparable, and they have better resistance to stripe rust and sheath blight.Settling time, stratch area, and maximum stratching resistance are the decisive and limiting indicators for strong gluten varieties.Using systematic clustering method for analysis, at a genetic distance of 10, all varieties are divided into two major groups: strong gluten and medium gluten.There is no significant difference in yield between different groups of varieties, Xinmai series of strong gluten varieties achieved simultaneous improvement in yield and quality.
