【Abstract】 Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization requires talents, and higher vocational agriculture-related majors are an important source of relevant talents. Taking the chemical engineering and biotechnology major of Binzhou Polytechnic as an example, we explored the inherent fundamental requirements for professional talents to help rural revitalization by “sincerely serving farmers, helping farmers with technology, and driving the agricultural development with innovation”, and innovated the talent training model of “ideological and political cultivation, excellent courses based on posts, and double competitions linkage, curriculum and certification integration”.更多还原
