【摘要】 提高流动人口基本公共卫生服务可及性是推进流动人口市民化、建设健康中国以及实现共同富裕的重要基石。基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据，构建Logit模型和中介效应模型，实证考察流动人口户籍身份对基本公共卫生服务可及性的影响并分析其机制。结果表明：我国流动人口基本公共卫生服务可及性程度总体上仍然较低；相较于农业户籍的流动人口而言，非农业户籍的流动人口基本公共卫生服务可及性程度较高。机制分析表明，流动人口户籍身份通过影响社会融合程度影响基本公共卫生服务可及性。异质性分析表明，一方面，流动人口基本公共卫生服务可及性受地域影响；另一方面，跨省流动人口在基本公共卫生服务可及性方面存在隐性壁垒。因此，流入地管理部门应尽快将基本公共卫生服务与户籍身份分离，提升流动人口在流入地的社会融合程度，加强基本公共卫生服务统筹规划和宣传力度，健全基本公共卫生服务制度，使其真正服务于人民。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving accessibility to basic public health services for migrants is crucial for advancing citizenization, building a healthy China, and achieving common prosperity. Based on data from the 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS) and relevant data from statistical yearbooks, this study employs Logit and mediation effect models to empirically examine how migrants’ hukou status influences their access to basic public health services and its underlying mechanisms. The findings of the study are as follows: the migrants’ overall accessibility to basic public health services remains relatively low. Migrants with non-agricultural hukou demonstrate higher accessibility than those with agricultural hukou. Mechanism analysis reveals that migrants’ hukou status influences their accessibility to basic public health services through its effect on social integration. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the migrants’ accessibility to basic public health services varies by region, and inter-provincial migrants face hidden barriers. Therefore, it is suggested to decouple basic public health services from hukou status as soon as possible, enhance migrants’ social integration in host cities, strengthen coordinated planning and publicity of basic public health services, and improve the basic public health service system, so as to equitably serve our people.更多还原
