【摘要】 目的：探究复方斑蝥胶囊联合白蛋白结合型紫杉醇+卡铂化疗方案对晚期三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）患者血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法：选取南阳市中心医院2020年10月—2024年6月78例TNBC患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组，各39例。对照组采用白蛋白结合型紫杉醇+卡铂化疗方案，观察组在对照组基础上采用复方斑蝥胶囊，21d为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应、生活质量和治疗前、治疗3个疗程后肿瘤标志物[糖链抗原15-3（CA15-3）、糖链抗原125（CA125）、癌胚抗原（CEA）]、免疫功能（CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺）水平。结果：观察组DCR（53.85%）高于（30.77%）；观察组治疗3个疗程后CA15-3、CA125、CEA水平低于对照组；观察组治疗3个疗程后CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺水平高于对照组；观察组治疗3个疗程后KPS评分高于对照组，以上差异均有统计学意义。2组不良反应比较，无显著差异。结论：复方斑蝥胶囊联合白蛋白结合型紫杉醇+卡铂化疗方案治疗晚期TNBC疗效确切，具有抑制肿瘤标志物水平、改善免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Compound Cantharidis Capsules combined with nab-paclitaxel + carboplatin chemotherapy on serum tumor marker levels in patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer （TNBC）.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with TNBC admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital between October 2020 and June 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received nab-paclitaxel + carboplatin chemotherapy,while the observation group received Compound Cantharidis Capsules in addition to the control group’s regimen.Each course of treatment consisted of 21 days,and treatment was continued for three consecutive courses.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,toxicities,quality of life,and levels of tumor markers （carbohydrate antigen 15-3 （CA15-3）,carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125）,and carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）） and immune function （CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,and CD₈⁺） before and after three courses of treatment.Results:The DCR in the observation group （53.85%） was higher than that in the control group （30.77%）.After three courses of treatment,CA15-3,CA125,and CEA levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.After three courses of treatment,CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The KPS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after three courses of treatment.All these differences were statistically significant.Comparison of toxic and side effects between the two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion:The combination of Compound Cantharidin Capsule with nab-paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced TNBC,suppressing tumor marker levels and improving immune function.更多还原
