【摘要】 冠心病心绞痛合并焦虑状态的发病率逐年增加，二者相互影响形成恶性循环，严重影响患者的身心健康与生活质量。西医采用抗心绞痛药物联合抗焦虑药物的治疗方式存在依从性差、不良反应多等局限。近年来在“双心理论”的指导下，中医药治疗该病展现出独特优势。倪代梅教授认为“肝郁气滞、瘀血内阻以致血不养心”是二者的共同病机，并根据多年临床经验总结出具有“疏肝解郁、理气活血、养心安神”之效的舒心解郁汤，该方以酸枣仁、柏子仁为君安神养心，柴胡、合欢皮为臣疏肝理气，佐以白芍、当归等柔肝活血，川楝子、延胡索行气止痛，通过心肝同治实现气血调和，在临床运用中取得了良好的疗效，为“双心疾病”的治疗提供了新的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence of coronary heart disease (CAD) with angina pectoris comorbid with anxiety disordershas been increasing annually.These conditions interact reciprocally,forming a vicious cycle that severely compromises patients’ physical and mental health as well as quality of life.Conventional Western medicaltreatment—combining anti-anginal and anxiolytic drugs—faces limitations such as poor patient compliance and frequent adverse reactions.In recent years,guided by the "Dual-Heart Theory" (simultaneous treatment of cardiac and psychological disorders),Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has demonstrated unique advantages in managing this comorbidity.Professor Ni Daimeiposits that "liver qi stagnation and blood stasis leading to malnourishment of the heart" constitutes the shared pathogenesis.Drawing upon extensive clinical experience,Professor Ni developed the Shuxin Jieyu Decoction—a formula designed to "soothe the liver,resolve depression,regulate qi,activate blood,and nourish the heart to calm the spirit." The formula employs Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (sour jujube seed) and Semen Platycladi (arborvitae seed) as sovereign herbs to tranquilize the mind and nourish the heart.Radix Bupleuri (Chinese thorowax root) and Cortex Albiziae (silk tree bark) serve as minister herbs to disperse liver qi stagnation.Assistant herbs include Radix Paeoniae Alba (white peony root) and Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Chinese angelica) to soften the liver and invigorate blood,complemented by Fructus Toosendan (chinaberry fruit) and Rhizoma Corydalis (yanhusuo) to move qi and alleviate pain.This therapeutic strategy achieves qi-blood harmony through simultaneous heart-liver regulation.Clinical application has yielded significant efficacy,offering novel insights and methodologies for treating "dual-heart disorders."更多还原
