【摘要】 《袖珍小儿方》为浙江医家徐用宣在明初编著的儿科医书，全书分为10卷，经考证，现存版本共有5种。徐氏学术思想主要包括以下七个方面：四诊合参，重视望诊；尊崇钱乙，审因论治惊风；辨证论治，重视五脏；内外合治，善用灸法；预防调护，注重养护；变者异也，蒸者热也；摄护中正，注重脾胃。文章重点研究徐用宣的学术思想，为进一步深入研究徐用宣及明代儿科学发展提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pocket Prescriptions for Children is a pediatric medical book compiled by XU Yongxuan,a Zhejiang physician in the early Ming Dynasty.The book is divided into 10 volumes.After verification,there are 5 existing versions.XU’s academic thoughts mainly include the following seven aspects:four examinations combined,emphasizing visual diagnosis;respecting Qian Yi,examining the cause and treating convulsions;syndrome differentiation and treatment,emphasizing the five internal organs;combining internal and external treatment,and making good use of moxibustion;prevention and conditioning,emphasizing maintenance;change is difference,steaming is heat;protecting the middle and paying attention to the spleen and stomach.This article focuses on the academic thoughts of XU Yongxuan,providing a scientific basis for further in-depth research on XU Yongxuan and the development of pediatrics in the Ming Dynasty.更多还原
