固体碳磺酸的制备及其催化间甲酚叔丁基化反应活性研究

【摘要】 以含有芳环的高分子材料作为原料,经磺化-碳化工艺制备固体碳磺酸(简称SCA),FT-IR、SEM和XPS检测结果证实了磺酸根基团的成功接入,条件优化后制备的M1-SCA-600/3酸值高达2.91 mmol/g。Raman分析表明M1-SCA-600/3具有石墨化碳结构,TG检测证实其具有良好的热稳定性。应用固体碳磺酸催化间甲酚和异丁烯的烷基化反应,在80℃、催化剂用量为4wt%、反应时间6 h条件下,4,6-二叔丁基间甲酚的产率为85.3%。M1-SCA-600/3重复使用5次后,4,6-二叔丁基间甲酚的产率仍保持到76.7%,表现出良好稳定性。

【Abstract】 Solid carbon sulfonic acid(SCA) was prepared by sulfonation-carbonation process using polymer materials containing aryl rings as raw materials. FT-IR, SEM and XPS results confirmed the successful access of sulfonate groups, and the acid value of M1-SCA-600/3 was as high as 2.91 mmol/g after optimizing the cncpreparative conditions.Raman analysis showed that M1-SCA-600/3 has a graphitic carbon structure, and the TG test confirmed its good thermal stability. The solid carbon sulfonic acid was applied to catalyze the alkylation reaction of mcresol and isobutene, and the yield of 4,6-di-tert-butyl m-cresol was 85.3% at 80℃, 4 wt % catalyst dosage, and a reaction time of 6 h. The yield of 4,6-di-tert-butyl m-cresol was still maintained at 76.7% after M1-SCA-600/3 was reused for 5 times, which showed good stability.
