高品质长寿命镀锌铝镁产品研发进展

【摘要】 在“双碳”战略目标的推动下,高品质、长寿命镀层的研究与开发日益受到重视,热浸镀锌铝镁以良好的耐腐蚀、耐磨损等性能而广泛应用于汽车、光伏及建筑等多个领域。从成分设计及优化、组织调控、工艺改进等方面总结了热浸镀锌铝镁板的耐蚀性能提升策略,探讨了先进技术在锌铝镁产品开发中的创新应用。针对锌铝镁镀层工艺的长流程、复杂性,提出了融合驱动技术,以期能够推进热浸镀锌铝镁产品的研发与应用,进一步提升产品质量、稳定性和一致性。

【Abstract】 Driven by the Dual Carbon strategic goal, the research and development of highquality and long-life coatings is increasingly valued. Then hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg coatings are widely applied in various fields such as automotive industry, photovoltaics industry and construction industry due to their excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Therefore the strategies for enhancing the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized aluminum magnesium sheets were summarized from these aspects such as composition designing and optimizing, controlling of micro-structures and process improvement. Additionally, the innovative applications of advanced technologies in the development of Zn-Al-Mg coating products were discussed. Lastly, in response to the long process flow and complexity of the Zn-Al-Mg coating technology,the Fusion-Driven technology was proposed, aimed at promoting the research and development of hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg coating products and their applications, and thereby further improving the quality, stability and consistency of the products.
