环境因素叠加对国产芳纶头盔防弹性能的影响

【摘要】 通过对比不同环境条件下国产杂环芳纶头盔弹痕高度和防破片性能V50的变化规律,深入研究了温度和环境条件对国产杂环芳纶头盔防弹性能的影响。研究结果表明,常温条件下,杂环芳纶材料头盔的弹痕高度值为(12.34±2.65) mm,V50值为(736.73±9.6) m/s。相较于常温条件,叠加温度条件后弹痕高度的平均值增至13.75 mm,防破片性能V50均值降为703.8 m/s,防弹性能下降,这和芳纶在高温下链段断裂、重排及热氧化与低温脆性有关。当引入环境影响因素后,头盔弹痕高度均值增加至17.1 mm,防破片性能V50均值降为699 m/s,说明其防弹性能严重衰减,这与环境条件导致的芳纶材料老化相关。在所有测试条件下,杂环芳纶材料头盔最后弹痕高度的最大位置均出现在头盔的前部。

【Abstract】 The effects of temperature and environmental conditions on bulletproof performance of domestic heterocyclic aramid helmet were studied by comparing the change rule of bullet depth and V50 speed of anti-fragment performance under different environmental conditions. The results show that under normal temperature conditions,the bullet height value of heterocycle aramid helmet is(12.34±2.65) mm,and the V50 value is(736.73±9.64) m/s. Compared with normal temperature,after temperature superposition,the average bullet height increases to 13.75 mm,the average anti-fragmentation performance of V50 decreases to 703.8 m/s,and the bulletproof performance decreases,which is related to the chain segment fracture,rearrangement,thermal oxidation at high temperature and brittleness at low temperature of aramid. When environmental factors are introduced,the average height of the helmet’s bullet increases to 17.1 mm,and the average V50 anti-fragment performance decreases to 699 m/s,indicating that its bulletproof performance is seriously degraded,which is related to the aging of aramid materials caused by environmental conditions.Under all testing conditions,the maximum height of the final bullet mark of the heterocyclic aramid material helmet appears at the front of the helmet.
