【摘要】 目前临床治疗老年骨质疏松的效果并不理想，而中医药治疗具有一定的效果。梳理骨质疏松症相关中医药治疗文献，发现此病病位在筋骨，与肾、肝、脾胃等脏腑关系密切；以肝肾不足、脾胃亏虚、气血虚衰为本，加之机体邪气偏盛、气滞血瘀而发病，故应以补益肝肾、健脾益气、补气养血、活血化瘀、强筋健骨为主要治法；常用的中医药防治方法有中药方剂、中成药、针灸、穴位贴敷、中药熏洗和运动疗法等。文章综述近5年中医药治疗骨质疏松的相关文献，发现其具备有效性及安全性，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current treatment of osteoporosis in elderly people is not ideal, and traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effect in treating osteoporosis. By teasing through the literature on osteoporosis related Chinese medicine treatments, it was found that its disease location is in the fasciae and has a close relationship with the kidney, liver, and spleen. This disease is caused by deficiency of the liver and kidney, deficiency of the spleen and stomach, deficiency of qi and blood, combined with the pathogenesis of excess pathogenic qi, and qi stagnation and blood stasis. Therefore, the main therapeutic methods should be tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and qi, invigorating qi and nourishing blood, circulating blood and transforming stasis, and strengthening tendons and bones.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine methods for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis include Chinese medicine formulas, Chinese patent medicines, acupuncture, acupoint sticking, Chinese medicine fumigation and washing, and exercise therapy.This review summarized the relevant literatures of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis over the past 5 years and finds that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method has efficacy and safety for the treatment of osteoporosis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
