【摘要】 目的 观察静脉通颗粒配合中药湿敷治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎的临床效果。方法 将符合诊断标准的96例患者随机分为三组，每组32例。治疗组给予静脉通颗粒配合中药湿敷治疗，对照1组给予单纯静脉通颗粒口服治疗，对照2组给予单纯中药湿敷治疗，观察三组症状综合量化评分及临床疗效。结果 治疗组临床总有效率为96.88%(31/32)，高于对照1组的90.63%(29/32)、对照2组的87.50%(28/32)(P<0.05)。治疗后，治疗组症状综合量化评分显著低于对照1组、对照2组（P<0.05）；但两对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 静脉通颗粒配合中药湿敷治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎临床效果显著，两法配合可发挥协同互补性作用，更利于提高临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jingmaitong granule combined with chinese medicine wet compress in the treatment of thrombophlebitis of lower limbs. Methods A total of 96 patients who met the diagnostic inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups, with 32cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Jingmaitong granule combined with Chinese medicine wet compress, the control group I was treated with oral administration of Jingmaitong granule, and the control group II was treated with Chinese medicine wet compress. After treatment, the treatment was evaluated according to the changes of the integral values of the symptoms and signs of the three groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.88%(31/32), which was higher than that of control group I(90.63%, 29/32) and control group II(87.50%)(28/32)(P<0.05). After treatment, the comprehensive quantitative score of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group I and control group II(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two control groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of the two methods has synergistic and complementary effects, which is more conducive to improving the clinical treatment effect of thrombophlebitis of lower limbs.更多还原
