【摘要】 功能性腹泻（FD）为功能性胃肠病的一种，是消化系统中的常见病。目前西医对FD的相关机制研究及治疗具有一定局限性。而中医药在认识和治疗FD方面有更多的理论基础和方法，辨病论治、辨证论治相结合，通过中药汤剂、针刺、电针、推拿及针药结合等方法进行治疗，临床认可度高。现回顾近7年来中医药治疗FD的相关临床研究，总结归纳中医药各方法在FD临床治疗中的思路和优势，发掘相关临床研究中的不足，以期为FD的中医临床治疗及研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Functional diarrhea(FD) is common in digestive system disease, as a functional gastrointestinal disease. Western medicine has some limitations in the mechanism research and treatment of FD, while traditional Chinese medicine has more theoretical foundations and ways. Treatment based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation were combined, patients can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, massage and combination of acupuncture and medicine.This article reviewed the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of FD in the past 7 years, summarized the ideas and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of FD, and found the deficiencies, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment and research of FD in traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
