实证金字塔概念在循证药学教学的应用

【摘要】 循证药学(EBP)是临床药学、临床药物治疗学等药学专业核心课程的重要环节,传统教学方式偏重于文字说明,对于缺乏临床经验的药学本科生而言较难理解。在EBP的教学中导入实证金字塔,可以帮助显示建立临床证据等级的概念,并理解系统性文献综述和荟萃分析在EBP中的重要性。学生未来进入药学实习阶段,将更能发挥循证实践精神,运用不同类型的临床证据解决问题。

【Abstract】 Evidence-based pharmacy is an important part of the core courses of pharmacy majors such as clinical pharmacy and clinical pharmacotherapeutics. The traditional teaching method focuses on text description, which is difficult for pharmacy undergraduates who lack clinical experience to understand. Introducing the empirical pyramid in the teaching of evidence-based pharmacy can help students to establish the concept of clinical evidence level and understand the importance of systematic literature review and metaanalysis in evidence-based pharmacy. When students enter the pharmacy practice stage in the future, they will be able to give full play to the spirit of evidence-based practice and use different types of clinical evidence to solve problems.
