【摘要】 针对中药药理研究方法学课程传统教学中遇到的痛点问题，结合信息技术，积极进行在线课程建设。从在线课程的设计理念、构建、实施等方面加以论述，从对教学内容进行重构、拍摄前的准备工作、上线前的准备工作和运行前的准备工作4个方面重点阐释在线课程的构建过程。从实施效果看，该在线课程实施效果良好，具有一定的推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Online course construction was carried out by combining information technology, in view of the pain points encountered in traditional teaching of pharmacological research methodology of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper discussed the design concept, construction and implementation of online courses, and focused on the construction process of online courses from four aspects:reconstruction of teaching content, preparation before shooting, preparation before launching and preparation before running. The implementation effect of the online course is good and the online course has a certain value of promotion and application.更多还原
