【摘要】 近年来，随着生活水平的提高，心血管疾病在人群中呈高发趋势，严重威胁人们的健康。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（以下简称冠心病）患者往往并发各种不同程度的心律失常，应用常规的西医抗心律失常药物，易使患者病情反复，疗效难以控制；如使用不当，甚至会造成更严重的恶性心律失常，进而危及患者生命。随着医学的发展与临床研究的深入，中医药在冠心病并心律失常的治疗中发挥了越来越重要的作用，逐渐形成了独特体系，且内容繁复，包括成方、成药、针灸、穴贴等多种疗法。文章对近年来中医药辨证论治冠心病并心律失常的经验加以综述，期望能为中医药治疗此病提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, cardiovascular disease has become a high incidence trend in the population, which seriously threatens people’s health. Coronary heart disease patients are often complicated by various degrees of arrhythmia. The application of conventional Western medicine antiarrhythmic drugs is easy to cause the patient to repeat the disease,and the curative effect is difficult to control. With the development of medicine and the deepening of clinical research, traditional Chinese medicine has played an increasingly important role in the treatment of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia, and has gradually formed a unique characteristic system. Its content is complex, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, acupuncture, acupoint sticking and other treatments. This article summarized the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in recent years, which is expected to provide some reference for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
