【摘要】 新时代，农村基层组织建设推进乡村振兴作为一项重大的理论与现实问题，不仅是传承与发扬农村基层组织建设推动乡村发展这一党的优良传统，也是实现农村基层组织建设与乡村振兴深度耦合的关键路径，更是破解新发展阶段乡村社会治理难题的内在要求。整体而言，我国农村基层组织建设推进乡村振兴经历了一个“核心主体重释—基层组织互动—组织体系建构”的良性动态发展过程。然而，在实践中，仍存在整合结构单一、组织力度不强、动员范围有限以及农村基层组织功能分散等具体问题。对此，须以实现农村基层组织增能为前提，以促进农村基层组织与乡村振兴深度融合为关键，以强化农民主体性为保障，以多元组织参与推进乡村治理现代化为目标，持续推动农村基层组织建设与乡村振兴的耦合发展和互促共融。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era, promoting rural revitalization through the construction of grassroots organizations in rural areas is a major theoretical and practical issue. It is not only about inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition of promoting rural development through the construction of grassroots organizations in rural areas, but also a key path to achieve deep coupling between the construction of grassroots organizations in rural areas and rural revitalization. It is also an inherent requirement for solving the difficult problems of rural social governance in the new development stage. Overall, the promotion of rural revitalization through the construction of grassroots organizations in China has gone through a virtuous dynamic development process of “re-interpretation of core subjects, interaction among grassroots organizations, and construction of organizational systems”. However, in practice, there are still specific problems such as a single integration structure, weak organizational strength, limited mobilization scope, and dispersed functions of rural grassroots organizations. In this regard, in order to continuously promote the coupling development and mutual promotion and integration of rural grassroots organization construction and rural revitalization, we should take the empowerment of rural grassroots organizations as the premise, promote the deep integration of rural grassroots organizations and rural revitalization as the key, strengthen the subjectivity of farmers as the guarantee, and promote the modernization of rural governance with the participation of diverse organizations as the goal.更多还原
