多尺度陶瓷颗粒影响沿海风电球铁铸件的腐蚀性能研究

【摘要】 探讨了多尺度陶瓷颗粒(Multi-scale ceramic particles--MSCP)的添加对QT400-18L铸件耐湿腐蚀的影响。通过观察、测试试样在不同湿度下的表面形貌、腐蚀产物及腐蚀速率发现:大部分腐蚀产物聚集在石墨周围且呈双“圆环”状;腐蚀速率变化曲线上存在一个趋势拐点,该拐点对应一个湿度值。低于该湿度,是否添加MSCP对试样的腐蚀速率无大的影响;超过该湿度,添加MSCP的试样腐蚀速率降低。多尺度陶瓷颗粒(MSCP)能有效提高球墨铸铁的耐大气腐蚀性能,主要是因为增加了组织中铁素体数量、使石墨细化和球化等级提高。

【Abstract】 The effect of the addition of multi-scale ceramic particles(MSCP) on the wet corrosion resistance of QT400-18L castings was discussed. By observing and testing the surface morphology, corrosion products and corrosion rate of the samples under different humidities, it was found that most of the corrosion products were gathered around the graphite and were in the shape of double "rings". There is a trend inflection point on the corrosion rate curve that corresponds to a humidity value. Below this humidity, the addition of MSCP has no great effect on the corrosion rate of the sample; Above this humidity, the corrosion rate of the specimen with MSCP is reduced. Multi-scale ceramic particles(MSCP)can effectively improve the atmospheric corrosion resistance of ductile iron, mainly because of the increase in the amount of ferrite in the tissue, the improvement of graphite refinement and nodularization grade.
