基于STM32的回转窑轮带间隙监测系统设计
Design of an STM32-Based Monitoring System for Rotary Kiln Tire Clearance
【摘要】 针对回转窑轮带间隙过大导致的窑衬砖松动脱落问题,设计了一种基于STM32的回转窑轮带间隙监测系统。建立了以STM32F103VET6单片机为核心的终端节点模块,通过编码器和接近开关采集轮带和筒体的脉冲信号,数据由Zigbee无线通信模块传输至中央处理模块和云端服务器模块。该系统可实现回转窑轮带间隙测量参数的采集、处理、显示和存储等功能,确保回转窑轮带热态间隙控制在合理范围内,避免生产事故的发生。
【Abstract】 To address the issue of loose or falling kiln lining caused by excessive clearance between the rotary kiln tire and the belt, this paper presents a rotary kiln tire clearance monitoring system based on STM32. The system utilizes an STM32F103VET6 microcontroller as the core of the terminal node module, with pulse signals from the tire and kiln cylinder collected using an encoder and proximity switch. The collected data is transmitted via a Zigbee wireless communication module to a central processing module and a cloud server module. The proposed system enables real-time data collection, processing, display, and storage of clearance measurement parameters, ensuring that the hot-state tire clearance remains within acceptable limits, thereby preventing production accidents.
