聚氨酯基磁流变弹性体压缩性能研究

【摘要】 为了探究不同浓度和颗粒大小的羰基铁粉与聚氨酯基体混合固化制备的磁流变弹性体试样的磁致压缩性能规律,通过改变试样在压缩过程中的磁场强度,得出磁场强度对不同组分下聚氨酯基磁流变弹性体的影响。结果表明,磁性颗粒的直径越大或浓度越高,其压缩模量在相同磁场作用下越大。同时,在外加磁场的作用下,聚氨酯基磁流变弹性体在相同压缩状态下接触应力水平较不加磁场有所增加。

【Abstract】 This paper investigates magnetorheological elastomer specimens created by mixing and curing polyurethane with carbonyl iron powder at various particle concentrations and sizes. By altering the magnetic field strength during compression, the effects of magnetic field strength on compressive behaviour of polyurethane-based magnetorheological elastomers with different compositions were studied. The results indicate that the larger particle diameter or higher concentration of magnetic particles result in a greater compression modulus under the same magnetic field conditions. Additionally, under an applied magnetic field, the contact stress level of polyurethane-based MRE in the same compression state increases compared to conditions without a magnetic field.
