某大型自控型雷达天线结构设计与运动学仿真
Design and Kinematic Simulation of a Large Autonomous Radar Antenna
【摘要】 针对现有雷达天线高度不够、运动机构与控制系统配合协调性较差、撤收和展开速度较慢以及折叠后装载适配性较差等问题,提出一种适用于低空飞行目标探测的大型自控型雷达天线。设计了雷达天线的俯仰机构、主塔举升机构等主要运动机构并对其作了运动学仿真分析。仿真结果表明,雷达天线的主要运动机构运动平稳且没有冲击,确保了雷达天线运动的平稳性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 Radar antenna are essential for accurately detecting low-altitude flying targets. Addressing issues such as poor coordination between moving mechanism and control systems, and slow deployment speed, this paper proposes a design for a large automatic radar antenna suitable for low altitude target detection. The pitching mechanisms and main tower lifting mechanism are designed, and their kinematic simulations ensure stable and reliable antenna motion. The design features a large antenna array aperture, high height, excellent detection performance, compact size when retracted, rapid deployment, and strong load adaptability.
