针刺C/C复合材料多尺度损伤分析
Multiscale Damage Analysis of Needle Punched Carbon/Carbon Composite
【摘要】 建立带有针孔区域的针刺C/C复合材料多尺度模型,结合混合率公式和周期性边界条件,计算各组分材料的弹性力学参数和针刺单胞模型的平均弹性参数;基于协同多尺度方法,采用关键区域应力-应变放大因子实现多尺度信息传递,并结合相应的失效准则,实现针刺C/C复合材料的多尺度损伤分析。
【Abstract】 A multi-scale model of needle punched carbon/carbon composites with pinhole region is established. The mixing rate formula and periodic boundary conditions are combined to calculate the elastic mechanical parameters of each component material and the average elastic parameters of the needle punched cell model. Based on the collaborative multi-scale method, multi-scale information transfer is realized by using the stress-strain amplification factor in key areas, and multi-scale damage analysis of needle punched C/C composites is realized by combining the corresponding failure criteria.
