【摘要】 目的：了解结直肠癌（CRC）术后吻合口瘘（AL）应用格拉斯哥预后评分（GPS）系统的研究进展。方法：对近年来GPS系统对CRC术后AL的作用及预后研究进展的有关文献进行综述。结果：GPS系统对CRC术后AL的作用及预后通常与总生存期（OS）、肿瘤特异性生存期（CSS）、无复发生存期（RFS）、无病生存期（DFS）、GPS分级等多种因素相关。结论：GPS系统可以作为一种CRC患者营养风险评估的辅助工具，促进营养药品的合理使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the advance in research of application of Glasgow prognostic score(GPS) system for anastomotic leakage(AL) in colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods: The literature published in recent years about the advance in research of role and prognostic value of GPS system for postoperative AL in CRC was reviewed. Results: The effect of GPS system on postoperative AL and the prognosis in CRC patients were generally associated with overall survival(OS), cancer-specific survival(CSS), recurrence-free survival(RFS), disease-free survival(DFS) and GPS grade. Conclusion: GPS system may serve as an auxiliary tool for nutritional risk assessment in CRC patients, promoting the rational use of nutrition drugs.更多还原
