【Abstract】 “Rare Genetic Diseases” is a professional elective course that systematically introduces rare genetic diseases through a blending teaching method. The course introduces the etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical phenotype of rare genetic diseases. It also illustrates the genetic principle of rare diseases transmitted from parents to offspring, and the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of rare genetic diseases.
